She has spent her career scaling software businesses with a focus on delivering global go-to-market strategy, positioning, customer-targeted offers, technical partner and developer ecosystem enablement, and enterprise selling models.
She applies her software marketing and sales expertise to portfolio companies to strengthen their strategy and execution across marketing, sales, and partner ecosystem.
For over ten years at Microsoft, Ms. Giard held roles within the Server and Tools business. She established and managed a cross-company team to deliver a unified message and global marketing and business plan to drive premium enterprise IT offerings across products, support, and services focused on mission-critical customer needs.
She created a marketing and sales campaign to drive premium developer tools revenue and adoption with enterprise and high-end mid-market customers.
Ms. Giard was responsible for growing the Microsoft development tools partner and developer ecosystem. She managed partner marketing to drive tools adoption and developed a program to engage developer community influencers. Prior to joining Microsoft, Ms. Giard held a marketing and community engagement role with an online education startup.
