Fay Yang, co-founder and managing director of ZenStone Venture Capital (ZenStone), is a member of the Investment Committee and leads ZenStone’s due diligence, market analysis and partnership development.
 

Prior to co-founding ZenStone, Fay co-founded and served as managing director of Alpha Realty Capital, a Silicon Valley based commercial real estate investment firm investing in value-add commercial properties and producing attractive financial returns to passive investors (ARealtyCapital.com). At ARC,Fay overseas deal sourcing, due diligence, deal terms, value-added strategy and projects, asset management, lease terms and management, financing and disposition. 
 
Prior to that, she works as a licensed real estate broker in GD Commercial, an asian community oriented real estate firm specializing in commercial transactions. She executed more than $30M in real estate transactions in three years, with directly sourcing most of them across all property types in both core and opportunistic investments. 

Prior to joining GD, Fay held a number of positions of increasing responsibility across the real estate and financial service industries, including the development projects of the largest asian retail center and multiple large residential apartments in San Francisco Bay Area. 

Fay also held primary asset management responsibilities for most deals and executed more than 75,000 square feet of office and retail leases.
 
Fay holds a Bachelor of Art in Enterprise Management from University of San Francisco.
