Alda Dennis is a General Partner at Initialized Capital. Before that, she served as Managing Partner at 137 Ventures. In addition to her work at the fund, she manages the TechFellow awards program, which provides grants to entrepreneurs to make investments in startups.
Alda also serves on the board of Sproutkin, a children’s educational service and book delivery platform that she co-founded. Previously, she was the chief operating officer of Airtime, a consumer Internet company focused on video communications founded by Sean Parker and Shawn Fanning.
Prior to that, Alda served as general counsel to Founders Fund. Alda holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in economics and political science from Stanford University and a juris doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
